Eva Cassidy delivers a great vocal through out. A few songs are the best renditions I’ve ever heard. Check out “Fields of gold” it’s simply to beautiful to pass up. That song alone made me buy the whole album.

The voice of Eva Cassidy, wow, a little lump of gold, a glimpse of heaven, you name it. Her story adds much to the heavy emotions that may overwhelm you at some points. But still, her voice alone, from the crystal clear highs, the heartfelt moans, the falcetto of an angel, that voice just keeps you holding on to these tunes. Listening over and over again, feeling the turmoil in your own soul but also the comfort of music as it should be.
