This meditation has given new meaning to my life. I see the world ánd myself with other eyes now.

At first it was difficult to give ‘love’ to myself, so I changed the word in my head to ‘attention’.

But I’ve grown into the meditation (and grown by the meditation)and now I’m able to turn the love I give to others, also inwards to myself.
